If a lawyer or licensed paralegal is retained by anyone introduced by Points Saver, the person must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that lawyer or licensed paralegal, including refund policies agreed between the parties.
Communications between you and Points Saver are protected by our Privacy Policy but not by the attorney-client privilege or as work product.
